Those letters are ones of equality, empowerment and celebration of diversity. While some marginalized groups have seen positive changes, there is progress to be made in creating a gender equal and discrimination-free society for women. Gloria Steinem, world-renowned feminist, journalist and activist in one case explained "The story of women's struggle for equality belongs to no single feminist nor to whatsoever one system, but to the commonage efforts of all who care about human rights." We support the telling of women'due south stories and the work to counteract damaging stereotypes and bias.

Jessica Voelker – New York

Customer Service Team Leader, Cortland

Jessi has been with Price Chopper and Market 32 since 2013 and currently serves as our Customer Service Manager Team Leader (CSM). She is the glue that holds our team together and her personality is something many of us look forward to when coming to work. She is always challenging people to attempt new jobs, inquire questions and learn new things. I of our newer teammates had been here only three months when Jessi approached her to become a supervisor. The young woman was floored at the suggestion, only Jessi proceeded to explain what qualities she had seen in her and the immature lady said that she never would have accustomed the position had information technology non been for Jessie's support and conviction in her ability.

Amy has been with Price Chopper and Market place 32 since 2013 and currently serves as our Customer Service Team Leader (CSM).  She is very good at recognizing and cultivating talent. Amy puts a existent focus on morale in our store and created and financed 12 Days of Giving in Nov where teammates were recognized

for their contributions and given a gift. They were so able to continue the souvenir or laissez passer information technology on to some other teammate. Information technology was followed by 24 Days of Giving in Dec which besides recognized teammates for their outstanding efforts. Along with making anybody enjoy coming to work, Amy is focused on helping her teammates grow, recognizing potential and increasing self-confidence.

Kecie has been with Price Chopper and Market 32 since 2006 and currently serves as our Client Service Team Leader (CSM). She is very dedicated to her chore and her team and leads by example. Kecie is always willing to go above and across for her teammates and acts as a resource whether it be helping them sign upwardly for health insurance during the open enrollment, training, or building morale. She is known for the care packages she creates and distributes during the holidays, customized to each teammate, showing them that they are not only appreciated but known, cared for, and heard. She is a champion of client service and a favorite of our guests.

Tammie Sullivan – Massachusetts

Tammie has been with Price Chopper and Market 32 since 1995 and currently serves every bit Regional Human Resources Manager for Zones 5-eight. Kayla Freitag began working in the stores at 16 years erstwhile and at xviii was given the chance to become an Office (back-up) clerk. She says that Tammie believed in her and gave her a adventure to grow. She became her mentor and someone she could count on and wait up to. Now, 16 years later, she credits Tammie for her success because of the guidance she has always provided.
