The Phillies have struggled to beat bad teams like the Cubs and Rockies, but neither are as bad as the O's, who are 47-102, a whopping 44 1/2 games out of first in the AL East. With the exception of the first-place Braves, the Phillies only face bad teams from here on out:

Suárez has gone five or more innings in each of his last five starts, with 33 strikeouts over 29 innings and only five earned runs allowed. He's never faced the Orioles, though, so hopefully, their somewhat potent offense can't hit him hard.
The Phillies bats will face John Means, who has a 3.41 ERA over 23 starts this season. Means has allowed two or more earned runs in each of his last seven starts, and hasn't had a scoreless outing since May 11. The week before, he pitched a complete-game shutout on 113 pitches against the Seattle Mariners, though, so the former All-Star has some moves.
